Leading provider of proven and affordable customer relationship management (CRM) and contact management solutions, Maximizer has launched the latest mobile version of its award winning Enterprise CRM suite, MaxMobile.
MaxMobile is a mobile application that is quickly and easily installed on just about any smartphone or PDA with native application support for a variety of platforms, including Windows Mobile. This is used to synchronise back to modules in Maximizer Enterprise, including the Address Book with contacts, leads, user-defined fields, notes and documents. It also synchronises to Maximizer's Calendar, Hotlist tasks, Opportunities, and Customer Service cases.

“The solution powers business-wide collaboration, enabling users to stay up to date while working remotely,” explains Thomas. “They can view and update customer and prospect information while on the road, make notes, update documents, and send e-mails that are automatically saved in customer´s records, then synchronise information back to the corporate database using mobile connectivity – or upon their return to the office.
Maximizer Enterprise also includes tools for enhanced staff productivity including Toolbar for Microsoft Outlook which enables users to preview e-mail messages from within the system using a preview pane. They can also save contacts and e-mail messages from within Outlook to the Maximizer Enterprise database and synchronise contacts, tasks and calendar appointments between the two applications with the click of a single button.
The deep integration into the Office suite is leveraged through the company’s Gold Partner Certification with Microsoft. This allows Maximizer to offer customers the power of Microsoft’s latest technologies, including SQL Server Standard and Enterprise for maximum flexibility. With Maximizer Enterprise, companies looking to deploy SQL Server functionality in a smaller, workgroup setting are able to take advantage of support for Microsoft SQL Server Workgroup.
